Low salary growth , doesn't matter how skilled you are, they will always pay you based on your experience and not the skills. Some Managers promise for better salary at later time but would belittle you on increment period.

High work pressure on individual. Not fixed work timing, you have to work extra hours. Work culture is not good, directors shout on manager and managers blast on employees.

Higher management treats like school child.No support regarding work.No support when you are sick although you are sick you need to come to office.Very worst experience ever I got.There is no time limit for work.No work life balance.
