...igh targets - top management behaviour issues - multi tasking work - no and very less leave policies - appraisals and salary structure is pathetic compared to competitors

...owards each other but again there is no proper implementation in the management. Coming to the company policies and salary is just pathetic.

1. I disliked was they are not sure of their commitment, while hiring they say something and after the joining they say something and when you try to correct them they start ignoring the matter. 2. Delay in salaries, and salaries are given to the employees as per their individual target achieved or as per the center's target achieved, that's really sad because it's difficult for the people who all are only source of income in their family.

...ut offer letter you have to run behind them for the offer / appointment letter . Ater that you have run behind them for salary they don't have fixed day for salary . If your centre target is not met they will force you to swipe yr credit cards and pay from your poket you will have week off but you can't take them according to your need and from 20 till month end they won't provide you off. And even if you are on leave they will ask you your location they don't have fix working hour . They are not concerned about their female employees security.if any female is leaving for home at 9:30 or 10:30 somethime 11:30 they won't provide cab service nither they will make a single call to ask whether they have reached home safely or not

Company salary provide on timely per month, company products was very good.

Dislikes

Company culture was very poor,and management not taking any action market feedback issue. Company manager not taking seriously employees issue.

The management those who are working in high post doesn't have any sense to talk ..they are very disrespectful with women's and ground team...feel bad for poor people who tolerate all this...
