...about the company is that we can learn a lot since the work pressure is immense. Salary was half during covid.

...d to join there. All decisions r taken my top management. Very bad work culture.had to work from 9 am to 10 pm every day with low salary.

...ho are working for vkc in Bangalore for long time don't want new people to join.They act like as if they are giving you salary they don't let you to take orders from dealer's as they have good relationship with them from many years.while leaving the job I didnt receive work experience letter,15days salary and 14k reimbursement expenses which I have spent from my money.

You can't learn new things, Managers are not enough literate supply chain management is not good and salary increament, promotion,award and recognition is like dream here.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
