Dislikes

Salary increment process is worst, ASM will get Tl's salary, ZSM will get ASM's salary package. Incentive keeps changing on lower side whereas prices are going upwards. Promotion process is also based on favouritism.

But don't think about promotion. I had worked over 5 years but not even single rs has been hiked in my salary. Your all future is only depends upon the dealer in the market However some dealer are very helpful full.

Dislikes

They dont provide bonus,has the employee use to work for whole year and no holidays in diwali season full month work,after finishing complete season if you ask for leave they will ignore it as you have to ask them like beggar,only seniors have the benifits ,bt they base of company they called vivo brand advisior are always struggleing ,there is no value for VBA in this company,no salary increments yearly on your performance basis ,if you perfrom good it means you are good ,if you slow down the performane they will cut salary from account,as you will not get any increments on your performance

Giving 50 % sallary also daily work and get that day sallary if Absent then no sallary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low no traveling allowance and career growth is slow
