They join you under the brand name vivo. But actually in U.P. they work as Regenvo Mobile Pvt. Ltd., High Work pressure, they behave at interview that they are vivo and very big MNC. But they want "saste mazdoor". They don't need ur knowledge, they want cheaper labor and the person who pleases HR can get salary and other benefits easily

There is a lot political and the management doesn't address Bangalore our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joinees

Not suitable for professionals,it's like bpo and as it's a trading co staffs are only data entry operators and feel proud and do very dirty politics like chinese.

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.
