Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

The work culture, very systematic and professional

Dislikes

Basic salary growth is very slow in comparison to other good companies and the leave or holiday culture isn't smooth in comparison to others. We aren't allowed to take off day continuing a holiday

There's is huge incentives policies so you can earn lot of money

...all time do the political activities Only a** licker can grow in the company. They will promote and give you higher designation but the salary will be remaining same. Policies are on pepers only even higher management doesn't apply. Higher management always do the unethical activities Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also

I am previously working with Vivo in Murshidabad there is no working culture in here here it's lots of politics and our previous zsm interfering in personal life he is taking the things in personal way this is why I am not liking .
