no working time only office in time no out time no lunch time provide, no incentives only debiting from salary without any reason so i suggest to all this chines company please no work for this company.

There is no future growth at this company.Manager will be manager and executive didn't get opportunity to take prompt without manager left his designation.No proper heriachy system. Perks and benefits only for manager designation.If I talk about growth pace in this company so terrible.I just give my 100 % on my work rest of them I m waiting good opportunity

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. company policies are good , are fair and they give good salary hike only .

...e is a lot of politics the managements and teamates doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is too slow .

In my opinion vivo is very good company for electronics dept. They can build their career in this company but it is not good for electrical, like me

Internal promotion,self growth and skills development and co-operative working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.
