There is no future growth at this company.Manager will be manager and executive didn't get opportunity to take prompt without manager left his designation.No proper heriachy system. Perks and benefits only for manager designation.If I talk about growth pace in this company so terrible.I just give my 100 % on my work rest of them I m waiting good opportunity

The company is open to innovation and readilt adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of ateam that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global cilent base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 14-18hours straight in a days as i have to attend cilent alls in the evening and somtimes late into the night.
