the only thing you like about working here at vivo is getting salary on time

there are lot of negative things working at vivo, first thing is job security. no matter how good your skills are and how long you've been on the cards, at the end of the day they'll remove you without any further notice or serving period, in 1 year of experience in vivo i've met more than 1000's of new faces and seen them go, though the employee want to work, employer is not ready to keep them.

Vivo is a good company and the salary and other benefits are extremely good. Teammates are supportive. You will get the stress taking skill and u will learn patience.

Dislikes

As it has sub branches in every region the administration from the head office is very difficult. The internal managerial people in sub branches are worst. They are not supportive they will not encourage. Just to save their jobs they will push down their team members. As a sales team one should forget his family just to work for vivo. Honest feedback the managerial and the internal people who must appraise and train the team members only will push down us .
