Pressure tor timely collection of payments from stockists. Earlier teams have not worked properly with customer complianing about no visits.

The work Culture and transparency. We are appreciated for good work and corrected for our mistakes. We are taught to work +1 level being proactive and responsible at work.

We give too many chances to people to correct their mistakes. Incompetent Professionals should not be recruited. People often exploit organisation trust and support.
