Skill Development Program and curriculum theoretical way, but no good execution at centre level or ground level. Pressurize current employee to give 5 star rating for company review on Glassdoor, Ambition box and other blog portal

1. No salary on time 2. Avg Delays 3-4 months for salary might wait for more than that 3. NO travel reimbursement will be paid, you have to expend then forget about money 4. Pathetic HR support 5. LOwest standard of management to behave with employee 6. No senior/HR/ Management people wont listen to you if you need support, specially if you follow up for salaries and reimbursement 7. dont get shocked if you got fired, just because of follow up on salaries 8. 5 star and 4 star ratings are fake or manipulated 9. Company is not scared of legal cases, cause already at least 50-100 employee, including senior management people filed legal suit regarding unpaid salaries

Company don't pays salary till 6 - 8 months. Travel reimbursement are also pending since last complete yaer. No supervision, no leadership, no system of work.

Once the regional manager said we have earn our salary by meeting the target, or else we won't be given any salary.

It is a fraud company. Emphasis on cheating people with fake promise of making them slimmer, for which they get zero results, and loot from them huge chunk of money. Zero security for girls working there. Even the higher level management is a threat to other girls.
