Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Very worst company in my career.There was a salary problem always. You have to request many times to CEO abt salary each month he keep on post the salary date. After 4 and 5 time requested he will pay partially..they will put your salary keep on pending each month. They won't give your balance salary when you relieve you will loose your salary. CEO is a cheating person beware of this company best advice to New joiner to ignore this company.. don't believe positive comments it was posted by mgmt don't spoil your life.

Dislikes

There was no benefit even getting salary is a big deal with them.. cheating CEO he doesn't change his character.
