Various opportunities for teachers grooming. Lot of work shops and training organised by the company.

Back to back events. Too much expectations from teachers.No time given for preparation. No shadow teacher is provided for Special children . For each and every incidence teacher is responsible.

Likes

The work environment is one to highly appreciate. The employees are understanding, friendly and above all passionate about their work and why they work at Edvance. This definitely talks a lot about the employees they hire. I had received a lot of new knowledge and had a good learning experience. The work pressure may increase,like a busy season, but it is very much manageable. It is a workplace that also has good work-life balance. The company constantly looks to better itself by adopting innovative methods.

The trip to the male restroom.

The school environment is appreciated. Teammates and other staffs are very supportive. Company policies are way too good.

I found a lesser place for outdoor activities for children mainly the playground.
