...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the Job training is not given to new joinees.

The VIAAS environment is good.

Dislikes

The people there are money minded and so we need to suffer a lot. There is no freedom for staff, no place to learn and grow. No one appreciates talents. Selfish people are all over and they are trained like so. Not a standard environment. People speak something and mean some other thing. You need to be aware of them all the time.

It's a very largest women's colleges in India. Holding 26000 students overall from all group of colleges. The respected chairman is the key in all aspects of institutes development. I really proud and surprised about his administration. The institute having a peaceful environmental atmosphere

Dislikes

Less encouragement and lake of constant support from immediate seniors.
