Some of the faculty members and people were nice other wise there is nothing to like about this place.

There is always a delay in salary. 27-40 days after the completion of the salary cycle is the payment cycle which is quite astonishing. 8. Attrition rate is super high here. Talented people don't stay here as management doesn't know how to take care of good talent, no sane person would take hurl abuses from incompetent people. 9. You are going to be harassed for your FnF, relieving letter, and experience letter. No matter how many times you call them, try to meet management in person. They will pretend that they are busy, and it will get done but you won't receive it and after a certain time you will stop following it up with them, that's the sad reality of this place. They won't give you your hard-earned money.

VGU is a great college, giving you all the possible opportunities a person should get from a company, not single minute is wasted here You are learning new things every minute, all you do here is grow, enjoy, work, and learn a lot from faculty and students 😊

It's a good institution for education, skills development from the infrastructure and status of faculty point of view. The standard of university still needs to be upgraded in all directions by further improvement in management andcan tuch the heights. There are unlimited possibilities if kept distant vision.

Asper my point is view increased facilities and some strict administration having positive attitude can improve further the situations.
