Company owner is good treat with all employees after the resigned of employee they ask valid reasons any problem from my work or staff, if employees resigned reason is salary,staff, they resolve it, if employee’s resign reason is personal so they are give office for stop resign.

I love the fact that i was the part of a team. When i started doing work overthere i feel proud to join IRCTC dropping department and i appreciate that i handle this but they donot have extra backup by which i faces some problems. I handle this with the staff and again i handle charge of five star hotel in CP and which not handled by experience supervisior. I wish i handled this also. I get disappointer when i know about the laptop which was ot given to me and they take charge of dropping with me i dont know about the problem but with laptop i handled everything if it was provided by you guys.And aftersome time my contract was finished with lalit hotelbecause they want to decrease their budget bot service. At last you guys find the solution to get me out of this company. And at the end i take my god name to start my business. Regards Gulshan Kumar.
