Manpower is not there. Salary increment is not there 1 year experience and 3 years experience only one salary 10 thousand only. They are not giving postings and salary increments

Teammates were really helpful and kind.Enjoyed working with my team.Work environment was friendly.Training sessions were there by duty manager which was very good

No work life balance. Salary is very low comparatively with long working hrs.

Some of the things are good their like Ahp(Associate holiday plan), 9 hours shift. That’s it

There is no career growth and their salary scale is also poor.After doing too much of hard work you’ll only get increment upyo 300-500 rs.Many of seniors are there with more than 4 years of experience still their is no promotion for them.Management is very poor.They just think about their good only and in all departments there is a shortage of staffing..

... for an employee who is working as an associate even i was handling the team. 1 more thing i would like to share that is salary which we required the minimum in this century and the management is very dumb.

Management, salary, shift timing, Food... I hope will change these things which i had mention it will be benefited for those employees who so ever is working there...

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14- 15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
