Complete Autocracy. Deducting the PF from Salary but not submitted to the epfo. Made agreement to stay in the company for 2-3 years. which resembles the bondage labour system.

No job security, management is not good at all. The CEO can fire you any time - after every three months the HR Manager gets changed. Very toxic environment - if you don't want to ruin your career then please don't go there...

My joining was of feb 2020 and lockdown was of 22 march, in the month of April company was asking for resignation. I was having 10 years of canine experience. My head quarter was ludhiana, I had put my resignation in the month of September but its still pending from HO, there is no settlement till date, The worst experience in this organization in all my career
