Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's a very good organization to work for ... I have very great experience with vits group of hotel . And i would like to thanks Mr. Vikram kamat (MD ) , Mr. Chandrakant Shetty (ceo ) and Mr. Ashish bhatiya ( VP operations) they all will very supportive and helpful for employees benifit and training and learning . Whatever i learn about hotel industry it's just because of VITS and There 7 B . Thank a lots for all that this job gives me .

I was called to join as a VP and was given full authority for pre opening , training , increase revenues and recruitment.

Dislikes

I was asked to leave during pandemic . Whereas I supported the organization with medical tourism.

Likes

It's a small organization where you work directly under the owners of the group. Which is always good when it comes to professional learning environment. Also the group is very reputed in the hospitality industry hence you ought to be working with the experienced managers.

Dislikes

A little free hand should be given to the departmental heads. So that they can explore new opportunities in taking company's business ahead in terms of cost management, decision making, vendor management etc.

It is the worst place to work especially the new general manager who has joined the company believes the hotel has not hired him by sold the hotel to him doesnt understand one single aspect of FNB and he tries to teach everyone he doesnt even knows the recepies of mocktails and company has hired him general manager . He is just concerned about bringing his previous company staff to this company and remove all the current staff worst place to join as a manager or even at any level.

Dislikes

Everything no SOP to work nothing just need to run and show if you are running here and there that means you are the best worker.
