Company is not supporting to any employees even Vitromed is a healthcare company. Company is taking advantage of this situation. Harrasing employees behind the covid19

No professionalism, no growth, no compensation growth

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is nothing to be dislike.

...are not giving any experience letter, reliving order and resignation acceptance. I have give my 5 years and served one month notice period but they hold my salary.

They don't provide with Appointment Letter somehow they linger for one month two month and so on , no guidelines set by central govt are being followed in Covid 19 and can remove any sales person in just a second, also this company doesn't give gratuity or other benefits whether employee is with them from last one decade or so , there is no HR it's just for fake presentation and this is a unit of Polymedicure Ltd and must be thoroughly gone through before joining, No appraisal letter no reliving letter or if anyone asks they threaten you so join carefully and take all documents in writing before the day of joining and do signatures both on papers as afterwards they will don't do anything and even they don't deduct PF of all employees and do things without knowledge of employees....

*Not giving appointment letter , No Covid 19 guidelines being followed by the company Vitromed Healthcare ( Vitro Naturals ) A unit of Polymedicure limited, No gratuity to any sales person, personal threats to employees after they leave organization, salary deduction, leaves dedicated without taking in Covid 19, HR is just for name no Guidelines followed by them in COVID 19 also and they force employees to sale Expiry refurbished goods which is a serious offense .

This big diseases come in world, that company remove the staff, no help this company for staff and workers. HR department very bad, one name ramsharma in hr department, he is very selfish person.
