You're never given your entire three month probationary period to learn the entire business and to gain knowledge of your daily activities of your role. If you present a problem and a solution it seems the higher management can not handle and will not accept change. You have managers who judge you from barely knowing you for even three weeks, they never realize that change will not come overnight. It's because of this company I don't have a job today and the first time I haven't had a job in over 13 years here. There is no proper training given because it's a startup, but it is something they need to look into. They let you go without warning which is very unprofessional and disrespectful. There is no empathy shown. I would suggest never join this company. It needs a lot of improvement.

CEO, has no sense of what to do, HR interference is 10000 percent be ready to be a part of 30 groups , they do shady stuff and I also noticed fake reviews
