Great learning experience whether the candidate is a fresher or experienced, right from the scratch on different Finance and Accounting topics.

Dislikes

1) No SOP(Standard Operating Procedures). So it's hard to get adjusted at first becuz its 95% excel based work. 2) Feedback in less than a month. Usually co gives min 3 mts to improve, but this co warns u in less than a month that you have 1 month to prove yourself which is not quite possible based on the excel work. Warning to people who worked with big brands, think twice before joining. 3) not employee friendly - Strictly you have to be in office. Although they provide laptop, no WFH option in case u r sick or emergency case. 4) Finance manager is too fast in explaining things. I have already given my feedback. Dont be harsh on employees saying you have 24 hours in a day to complete a task. U cant expect an employee to work 24/7. Give atleast 3 months for the employee to get adjusted because the working style (excel) is way much different in other co's. You cant expect an employee to be a ready made product. 5) ID cards: the co gives ID cards after approx 3 months after joining. Even bigger co's take 15 days max to issue ID cards. I had to travel by bus and changeover 3 times to get to office because no local trains for people who haven't done 2nd dose of Covid. Atleast if there is an ID card we can atleast try to convince the railway officials. 6) during my 1.5 month, I didnt get any insurance. God forbid something happens during this time to any new joiners. 7) there has to be a strong manager in Mumbai office, everything cant be handled over video calls. And to whom the co has given responsibility, people are running away because of that. Its might not be a problem of that person, it's all about over responsibility and things aren't happening as expected. Human resource is an IMP resource

All political gaming happening there No scope of improvement. Guys don’t waste your time and knowledge in this company. Nothing will gain you in fact you will loose your valuable years

Dislikes

Very poor for a new comer. They make you work day in day out, even on national holidays and week offs. No appreciation always says that you are a poor performer even after slogging out. That’s why there is always this position open evertime.
