Poor management and team leading Bias Management Not at all professional atmosphere No WFH The pay is low, and they expect you to do extra work that's not even in your job description HR and their policies are of no use as theirs daily abuse, undiscipline, and uncleaniness.

I liked the people who were working alongside me. They were all freshers and we were all suffering together, so it created a nice enough bond among all under the reign of the evil.

Dislikes

...hat is happening and even if he does, he seems to care less about his employees. They did not even bother to issue a release letter or give the pay slip to their employees who have tirelessly worked for them for six months. Basically they ruined my entire work experience and left a big dent in my resume.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Very bad management...no salary increment, n salary was deducted monthly..n was saying that was going to PF,PT account...rubbish thing... To much work pressure, Hr policies are awful... Hopeless company...
