Nothing to like about it.

They totally works for the money. They give zero importance to the employees They don't want persons smarter than their MD (i.e. Ashok & Arun). Mr Ashok always wants to hire people who knows him or have some references even he or she is capable for the work it doesn't matter. Mr Ashok has 2 friends working over there in Vitalife 1 is Rahul & 2nd is Geetanjali They are there just Beacause they are friends of Ashok. If you want career growth don't even go there. They give you appraisals just like 3%-7% only. Joke of the decade is after being healthcare institute they haven't offered appraisals to the employees & gave reason of COVID PANDAMIC. This things are happening beacause both of the MD are NON-MEDICO persons.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
