everyone is approachable, very good company for learning basics.

Dislikes

Bias attitude of management, No employee benefit, no outstation benefit, no insurance, they'll send you to clients but will not support if any mishap happens. No work life balance, you'll need to sit till 11 pm or sometimes more but no cab , no food, no compensation is provided. Owners now have shifted their focus on their mobile app product and have neglected SAP Completely. Nothing new to learn. Team outing by collecting money from employees.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
