...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Vital Group is growing group. I also learned many things from Vital. Culture is changing which is good. MD sir is focused on Safety and quality.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits to employees should be increased as compare to other groups. Work ethics can be improved.

Very worst culture,no policy,no job security, harassment,no salary Management very worst behave Company M.D Meera gandhi and Sachin gandhi abuses the employee,worker and suspend them day by day Meera gandhi insulting the all managers emploees,nobody stay more than 2-3 months because poor management Wort pharmaceutical company in the world,no any audit passes there.

M.D Meera gandhi and Sachin gandhi Totally mad they not properly behave,worst working culture,no policy,no salary timely,they gave only 26 days salary weekly off not considered

No work culture. No work life balance. Very less salary. Salary hikes won't be given as promised during joining. No facilities. Unhygienic environment in office.
