... is very poor No job security. there is no any paid/sick leave,no any pf ,TDS. Salary not timely received. also no any educated hr and their Hr policies are available toxic work culture. M.D meera gandhi and sachin gandhi always misbehaves,insulting ,and very badly abuses to managers,employees,and workers. no good quality of canteen. no tea,nashta,lunch Shift time not flexible more than 12 hrs . No any health checkup,medical policy. Literally many animals like cats,dog mosquito,cocrochres,ants,liperts and many more are survived in production packing area. manufacturing and packing are showed backdated not performed online every month M.D meera gandhi and sachin gandhi badly fired employees without any serious reasons. media fill ,validation not not performed practically. expired raw materials used for production batches. No any clean area No buses,cabs,no transport no any ladies security are available Too Dirty washrooms are their Dirty aprons used in labs,production,packing area. no any filter water available for drinking They cut the salaries of every employee and workers for little mistakes Nobody stay the job more than 6 month Recently the mad M.D meera and sachin fired 17 + employees including managers plant head during WHO audit. Management not listen the emoloyees problems always misbehaves All the information 200%true

It's good for fresher candidates to learn and adapt all new things related to each department but candidate have to learn everything by its own no training ntg is their

Company doent pay full and final. Company deduct salary for weeklyoff. Indiwali Company gives 15 days holiday and don't pay. Appointment Letter is provided in plain paper. At the time of relieving Company doesn't give full and final. Doesn't pay diwali bonus

Company is good platform, many products of herbal and synthetic. I love the fact that I was a part of a team high quality products. Plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we worked happily. I also like employees.

I like this company but growth is slow. Sometimes, work pressure is very high and have to work 12-16 hours without provided over time.
