Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. There will be no growth to staff if we work for 5years also very strict management they will listen only manger word they dont think staff workhard pain
