No management, salary structure is so poor that even a fresher with zero experience can get much more salary in this organization than an experienced skilled person get working in this organization. No clear incentives structure and they don't even pay. Salary not on time, this hinders most of the employees who are having EMI's to pay.

BAD ADMIN. LESS SALARY NO APPRAISAL BAD OFFICES NO OFFICE CULTURE NOT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ONLY 3-4 PERSON CONTROLLING THE ORGANISATION AND OWNING LIKE ITS ON THEIR OWN NO COMPENSATION OR REIMBURSEMENT FROM MONTH 1 YOUR DOWNFALL WILL START IN TERMS OF PERSONALITY AND GROWTH

Dislikes

You will start loosing your health, confidence, personality everything. Manager is so toxic she doesn't let you eat in peace for things which she could easily ask you before you leave for your lunch break ,does that intentionally just to irritate the employees, she is evil and cunning. They give different lunch breaks to employees, some will get it for 30 mins doing the same work while others will get for 1 hour, unfair. Alot more i can write,the owner should take that lady out if they want their organisation to have a good culture.
