consider you as a slave. we can call it as a strict school. management won't like if you take leaves. HR will ask about your dress codes. you will feel like a slave and not like an employee. cultureless people and terrific environment.

Some senior level employees are very much rude and use a very harsh tone while communication and no work life balance at all specially the development team in mumbai office was worst in all kind let it be supportiveness or rudeness they see juniors as very much underqualified and not even help them in a good way.

Work life balance, office politics, HR policies sorry they don’t have any. I have heard about exit policy and their treatment while employee leaves the organisation the behaviour is bad and won’t recommend anyone to join this organisation.

They don't work like corporate, they need to learn more from other consulting company on work life balance and culture
