...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Work-Life balance, You can give time to your family as well as friends. As it is product based company so the timeline for the delivery is quite flexible.

Compensation, not good hike, Variable salary is high which we don't even get 50%, apart from salary and compensation everything is good in visteon.

...00 PM engineer from chennai who starts working after 6.00PM is treated s god. - Variable pay component is just for show off. they don't even pay 10% of it. - No proper training . You are expected join company with all Visteon process, tools learned and understood. Sometimes you are even expected to remember micro controller manual and you will be tested like you are in a middle school. - In Bangalore location you get only the testing work left by Chennai R & D location. - 3 months full notice period even during probation . So once you get in its a trap for 6 months at least. -No proper company transportation facility, no proper desk space, no laptops only desktops, even for sick leave you need to beg, sick employees are treated as absconded without even trying to know the proper reason.

In my personal experience, the team understanding is good. Very talented people in team to work with which helped in my growth. Managers are understanding but they also have pressure from higher level. Visteon has excellent projects which gives plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new things. Visteon provides technical freedom to suggest and implement new things to everyone

...every single line that you write. 4. No perks & benifits for better performance. Just your salary 5. They play favourites & biased towards few employees 6. Bad work culture where they feel proud to pull you and make you work during your leave or holiday or weekend 7. Too much work pressure alllll the time 8. No good food arrangements in office.

Nothing at all. This company is good for nothing except giving you a constant headache.

...s your issues. There is no formal training session no one is their to guide you. Your life become hell here because of politics and there is no compensation for employees. They will make you work at night and weekends to such an extent that it will take toll on your health and if you refuse the scrums will and managers will try to make sure you donot get any appraisals even after working day and night for them. No comp offs if you are working on weekends via wfh. Company will give you hardware and PCs in lockdown for your home and the electricity bill which is company's expense will be paid by you. Its like mental torture which will take toll on your health. Even leaves are not given easily. For sick leaves also you are enquired and asked to complete the work parallely. This is very short description that I have provided and it is way more intense when it comes for real. And also third party employees are treated as shit here.
