...ve management team. Without market research top management team hires employees. They don't know about person's capabilities, only one goal to hire candidates with minimum salary and contractual basis. No future growth in this organisation and no future for this organization.

They have not supported us in pandammic situation..if they can't give us salary...we can wait for time to open the lockdown in the country and start working again.. but they have left us unemployment in the situation like this never happened.

For freshers very good place to work. I have been working in this company for 4 years .. initially 2years it was very good they used to take care of the employees very well. Lot of career opportunity were given. Good hygienic environment. Vending machines all have been kept in subsidized rates. Regular tea is given without any cost. Employee discounts is given, occasionally freebies r provided. Overall satisfactory it is.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low now, increment is like a peanut, 6 days working .managers do not value individual unique strength. Lot of politics , very much biased approach, they do not appreciate an employee after 2 years..they indirectly give signs so that u leave the company. Not open to new suggestions , innovations ,ideas and thoughts..whatever has been told to u..u have to work like a donkey...pretty much disappointed. You won't find the upper management being good at vocabulary skills...Nd by mistakenly if ur good in vocabulary they would treat u less...coz they don't want anybody good ..they need average speakers in English.

The culture at vistaprint is good. The facilities are amazing here, which includes cab facility, food in premises, different activities and so on. The office looks pleasing to eyes and one may feel like working in the premises.

Dislikes

...are things which would make you think twice before opting to work in vistaprint. Starting with compensation- it is too less as compared to the work/time we give to the company. There is less or i would say no job security. People are always sacred, that they would be kicked out anytime out of the organisation.The growth opportunities are too less and this changes in the structure are too frequent which causes trouble for everyone

Dislikes

I had to leave job due to emergency basis but the attitude of lower management people was like not acceptable.. I am a human.. there can be emergency with anyone of them
