Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. My manager is a well-known individual who understands the well-being of calleugues and has extensive expertise of the department.

Dislikes

Company and employees culture is very bad Extra work hours without any benifits without food & with least salary, it would be 9, 9:30am to 8,9,10pm also all days. No one caring our employees well being and mainly health of the employees.

Work time are very poor we are working 9:30 am to 9 to 10 pm every day, only 1 st Saturday in month holiday 3 rd and 4 th sunday compulsary working that becomes continuosly working fir nearly about 16 to 20 days which is very wrong. Work life balance very poor due to extended timing and working on holidays like sundays.
