Nothing to like about this company. Worst policies ever. They cheat you with tricky offer letter itself. Don't join here this company spoils your career. Many employees are under pressure knowing the fact that their jobs are NOT SECURED. Better to ignore this company When you get free time during work they assign you Indexing documents work to make sure you have 100% productivity. This is absolutely simple and boring task where 5th class child can do it no matter you are B.com, B.sc, B.E, B.TECH OR M.B.A graduate still u have to do it. But targets is too high where employees resign with this work pressure. You should be ready to do whatever job they assign. They don't care about your previous experience where you have expertise, They train employees on different processes and treat them as a football so you should work in different teams in a day. If you already have experience in any MNC COMPANY then definitely you should not join this company, because they don't know corporate culture. Those who have joined as fresher in this org-ohh god pls save those innocent one's.

...ns. That means definitely NO JOB SECURITY Projects get shutdown without notice. They don't pay salary even after working for complete month. For the April-2022 month there were around 20 ppl in my team with salary of less than 3k paid for entire month there is no prior notice to employees. Internet allowance, laptop allowance- please do not ask them, they don't even know what it means. No Induction at the time of joining, so you never know their policies and worst HR TEAM exists here. This company fools you by showing 4200/- per month as ICP (performance based incentive) added within CTC which they don't pay. It means if you accept their offer you are loosing that amount every month.

Work work work if not complete the target means extend the shift, and working weekends also no pay if company need also no pay, no fun activities and no celebrations if festival day no activities, please find better feature in other company.

Salary doesn't credit on time, salary related concerns are regular, Faviratim is common, no cab, no food coupons, not good for experienced professionals

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming

Threa is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow
