Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing I like about this company.

Dislikes

Very poor salary, very bad increment ( the increment happens in every 2-3 years, not every year), no work life balance, no weekly off and workload difficulty is like working in hell.

I have love to working with this organaisation from of lerning and working point of view because of the our management is soo coprative in any feild ,thats why i am working with this organigation from last 3years, Salary factor are issue thats why i am seeking more option for sake of my carrier.
