Dislikes

Basic pay would be considerably less (common across automotive industries) but incentives are 2x or 3x times the salary depending on your performance. Problem happens when trying to switch jobs they will consider only the basic pay.

...ia vision motors planned 50 % staff working in office and others work from home. And the another support was vision motors released March month salary by 23rd of March to all employees.

...ng things indendently with out getting any support properly from Top Management. Salary getting on time. TA policy is found good.

Dislikes

No coordination among staffs, only spreading negatives of one person to another and creating problems on daily basis. Management decisions are not favourable for hard working and honest staffs. Not giving final settlement properly when an employee leaves from the organization. Yearly appraisal and incentives getting is very poor. Only good thing is to learn and achieve skills by our own efforts and good efforts many times I noticed not giving any kind of appreciation from top authorities to deserved staffs.

Vision Motors Pvt Ltd is the largest Honda dealer in Kerala. If u are looking for a good career you can go for it without any doubt. Company offer many employee skill development programs which is very useful for an employee in his career.

Dislikes

Only thing is that the contribution to PF and the % of Bonus is very low while comparing with other organisations of similar nature.

I WORKED WITH THE COMPANY ONLY FOR 1 YER,BUT IT WAS VERY ENCOURAGING AND SATISFYING.THE COMPANY HELPED ME TO KNOW HOW TO MANAGE EACH AND EVERY ASPECTS OF WORKS OF A IN CHARGE WITHIN A SHORT SPAN OF TIME.

AS A COMMERCE POST GRADUATE,THE GROWTH PROSPECTS ARE COMPARATIVELY LOW IN THE COMPANY
