The company managers have no clue what to build and how. The VP hired Chinese companies to get around the Indian teams which resulted in firing of more than 300 employees. People got no severance package at all. Many people came to know on last day that they got fired and cannot log into their laptops.

...l leads Most of the management is clueless and treating company like a govt job. The managers have very high salary cause they joined before Oct 2022 , after that the salaries went downhill and more than 300 employees were fired in span of 4 months.

If you are not into malpractice and a performed your job is really secured. Career growth is good in terms of salary hike every year. Appraisal system is good for performers Traveling doesn't happen. Politics ?

There's unfortunately nothing to like about the company. A totally unprofessional Company. The Director / Owner is a cheat and cheap kind of person.

An amount is retained by the company from executives salary @ 10 to 15% for 3 yrs with assurance to pay after completion of 3 yrs but with a condition that if the concerned executive leaves before 3 yrs the amount will not be paid. As the 3rd yr closes nearer the Director creates such a situation that the executive is compelled to leave prior completion of the 3 yr and thus he losses his hard earned money.

The work responsibilities, helps one learn the challenges that a senior level manager might have to endure.

Dislikes

...and mission of the company is not clear therefore the flow of work is irregular. Salary is never paid on time.

...ience working in vision group though for a lesser time but still it was good ... it wud be better if there was salary given every month and not on commission basis
