...guess they don't even know the meaning of management.. Company full of politics. They will provide very low salary. They keep our originals and make us put a sign for a 15 page like an agreement then if we quit the job by any situation they will blackmail us to give 2 months of salary Or they will hold our original certificate. They treat agents as a slave . Too much Favour for the people who supports managers . There are few team leaders who only supports their favorite (agent) only for them they put high salary . 😂completely useless I have wasted 1.5 years as a team leader there!! worked very hard but at the end I got slipper shot they used me and my hard work . Thank god i have escaped from the worst place
