Overall a good company to work for 1 or 2 years but when it comes to long run u will have to think about the future

There will be no benefits from the company other than salary...no team lunch no team outings and also no bonus and cab facilities

Vision 2k India LLP is very good company. Good place to work. Management is friendly and supportive with all employees in all aspects. It is a good platform for freshers. Good coordination between management and employees.

This company is only for uncles and retired persons, not suitable for youngsters.Even they torture for 2 years of bond by not allowing to resign within 2 years by taking our original certificates.Coming to company environment uncles in this company feel like MD's especially in night shift seniors. even MD don't know how to treat young people using rough (abuse) language.At last I want to say do not spoil your carrier in this useless company.

Management interfering employee work so it was confusing employee either follow TL instructions or their instructions. There is no particular rules and regulations, they have separate rules they don't have logic for that, overall it can be depends on management mood.
