All negatives. People are scared of management. So they discuss the problems only internally... Nobody has courage rather the director doesn't listen to anybody. People are working under scare of losing jobs not to works for growth.

Everything. people are suffering. Please shut the place. Many negative articles have come in the papers. Lot of unnecessary internal politics. No growth mindset.. director keeps shouting all the time. No respect for employees.

In very short span of time - Vishwaraj has achieved people s heart - Currently 450 People working at this Hospital. There are more than 150 staff who is working from day one till now ( 4 years). So this is best option if you want to settle in Pune & Healthy environment. VRH is settled well culture with their employees for all visitors - This feedback you will get from Staff & Visitors. Appresial is closed Management & it happens in 2 Cycle. All medical - non medical team is supportive. It's VRH family. Proud to be part of this organisation.
