As a architects with few years of experience you and advance ur knowledge and learn more with the middle size company and project

Dislikes

Its run by husban and wife. They complicate the project by reviewing and revising after the job is done. Husband and wife dont have similar views. Which leads to big reworks in office. Half of the staff is there from many years and are in efficient and like to stay and work long hours. Lot hypocrites are there in the organisation.
