Management policy is very good but some higher position employees are very bad in nature like full of politics. They are not intementing to management for employees problem and site problem, they are thinking i am the owner of this organization.

Yearly they are not giving increment and giving fulse assurance.

They never appropriate the work and if somehow you performed splendid, then they will take the credit. Increments, forget about it, rule is once in 3 years so.

Dislikes

1) management restrictions more. 2)repeted work. 3) administration is not good. 4) required materials not send to sites properly.
