...rk culture (may be not exist). Unnecessary pressure created by top management. Low salary. Market standard levels are not be matched. Very Poor work-life balance. Most of the time you will be asked extend your day and you have to take care of your own transport. I personally would not recommend this company for any of professional out there not even for second option also. If you are a person who is looking for work life balance, job satisfaction and peace of mind at work then this is not your company.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
