Considering the company turnover ( 25 cr) it pays a decent salary.

Dislikes

Since it's a low turnover company short term results are important, long term planning like setting a strong system etc is bye passed for immediate benefits which can lead to complications in the market.

Nothing is great here, I'm working since 5years and not happy with the company culture.

Dislikes

Unfair investors peepul capital and team like Hari or Srinivas, no knowledgeable CEO Srinivasan, worst and clueless company I've ever seen

Irrespective of poorly governed top management, I have built the complete infrastructure of the organisation.

  • Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Very poorly manged top management, unprofessional set of private equity directors, quiet frequenty directors leave, MD's leave. Management does not honour the agreed employment terms in term of equity shares or payments. Very badly managed team of private equity directors.very tough to work for professionals.
