Worst work culture. Area Manager will start shouting at you on day one. He will call you in the late evening with drinking alcohol to harassing you and threatening you I will take your Job. You can't take weekly off on every week. Day 12 to 14 hours of work. You can't take leave on emergency. No appreciation. Area Manager will not support if you need some help. HR policy is worst

No work life balance, no leaves nothing to stay in this company, you have to join co call on your weekly off Or you are on leave, no matter what situation you are going through you have to join the call, even they do concall at 10:30 to 11:00 PM it really surprising

1.No value of Employees thought and work 2. Biased environment 3. No specific duty hours some time more than 36 hours continuously 4. No training 5. No growth plan

Management threatens about losing job, no motivation at work, Need to work 16 hours.. No leaves, No fix Day off, sudden visits screws off your day even if you're outside and not in duty. No process to claim your expenses.. May need to work 5:30am to 11pm
