New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...angements, no AC in office. After resigning you"ll not get service certificate. Salary Delay. Sunday full day working as well. Top Management purposefully created such hostile environment where all are opposite against ---> all the other companies promote Work Life balances, Employees' Welfare, Employees' Benifit, Employees' Mental Health.

Myself Deepa J Ex Employee I was working in Vishal Infrastructure Ltd as a Purchase Assistant In Purchase Department, There all are good co-workers and Seniors are really Special Teachers for us, If we have any doubts regarding works then they will teach us without hesitation etc Especially Our Respected Purchase Manager & MD Sir very nice forever Note : Because of my health issue I left the job, But If I get any opportunity to work for Our Company Always I am ready to work ...... After training period completed......very slow growth and salary increment very poor.....increment after 2 year and average salary increment is 2500rs... After 2 year.....and work hour is more than 12 hour even go to 16-17 hr....
