Culture, payment, leave policy leave are on paper is 24 butcompany diduct the leaves from paid Festival holidays means actual leaves are 15 to 16 days only, decided salary may reduce after joining or comitted or hike in salary may cancel any time and salary deduct after joining, they recruit educated experienced people as a peer of 10, 12, ITI people means 10, 12, ITI are boss of BE, Diploma, technical people

I like vishakha irrigation pvt ltd because i have 4 year experience in this company and company have excellent quality material for supply to farmer for drip irrigation and company have skilled staff manage and solve all field problems, i got good knowledge and good experience from this company.. i am ready to work with VISHAKHA family

Reason of Dislike Vishakha irrigation pvt ltd is that there no job security in this company and i work 4 year very hard and sincerely in this company but My 3 month salary is Pending and there is no one responsible person to give suitable answer and take needful action.... i send so many e-mails but no one give me any single answer in E-mail...

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days as I have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
