Company has no ethics, they requrte employees whenever they want and fire when they not want, and most of the ex employees only working without knowledge, no better ideas and development towards the projects even manager has less knowledge as I compared to other managers salaray they give 2months once, better to not join this company I was worked here 21 months zero growth, only politics colleagues my final settlement money also not paid by HR team, such a worst company ever seen

They have not supported. They are putting pressure to employees for resignation. Unless they will terminate the employee for giving reasons covid to terminate.

Dislikes

Bad work culture. Old employees creating politics. Management doesn't address the issue.
