I satisfied to work here but i would say slightly low salary compared with other firms. otherwise its a great firm to work.

The company is always conscious about the healthy mentality of the employees and giving a great support to develop their technical skills. The company is always open to the employees concerns and suggestions on both to the working environment and project deliverables. Most comforting environment to learn and work at the same time. The company policies are quite good from the side of the employees. The management always have time to hear and give a try to the employees thought process and suggestions if it is worth to give a try.

Dislikes

Nothing much but if this company is started to design more creatively and innovatively, the growth of this company may be tracked. The company's growth will be abnormal and soon it will reach the target which was planned for every year.

The company puts job satisfaction as there number one priority, it is a great place to work and could turn out to be life changing opportunity to achieve a great career, I love the working environment that has been provided here by the management. VGTS is growing in a fast pace, expectations of you are made very apparent, working here make you clear that you are an asset to the company and your growth is a win win for both company and the employee.

Vishgyana Technology Solutions is one of the best IT Companies in Chennai. It is a growing Company. Vishgyan is a Family Cultural environment. The Management and Colleagues are friendly and like-minded. The people who work here with the best knowledge, will not refuse anyone to explain anything, and the behavior of each individual is very good. Which gives coolness to the workplace.

As the office is located in a busy area in Chennai, if free transport is available it would be more helpful for people to reach out to the office
