The owner lacks professionalism, he is very rigid & don't have sense to talk. The HOD also are not supportive. The work culture is very bad & mis balanced. The old staff won't let u stay long within company. Increments are delayed for 4 years. Its good only for those who don't get job or are under qualified.

I am Mohan ks , working with Visen Industries Ltd since , 2003 onwards and now 20 years passed , i am very much satisfied to continue till my retirement and i would like work as my own factory. Bcz i got good support from this company to run my family and my son's education , now my son is 19 years old an he got admission in MBBS , due to good support of the Compnay ,i also achieved in my career like i baught own car , i baught own 4 bhk bunglow etc. and my life style also improved a lot and I am living with good society of Davdra & nagar Haveli . I Visen is always supported for all employees . Further 10 years are there for my retirement and till I would like work hard for the Compnay .

1. Sales people do not physical visit any customer. 2.if you are hired for some job , you will be expected to do that job for years without any prospect of new learning or promotion. 3. All decision are taken by single authority and it is not done properly. One day authority will say do this and second day, Maine Esa bola hi nahi. Email approvals or proper appointment time with authority is not there. If some guest is sitting with authority and you need some important signature or anything , you will have to wait even after your working hours until the work is done..even if you have nothing else to do.. If you leave without completing the task ..it will be your fault and not your bosses.. 4. Very strict office timing and 9 hours complusary.. 5. Company does not follow any Poka yoke or iso ..or 5 s or anything else..if you are making order..you are making orders..nothing else...so nothing in personality development part. I don't know ..maybe company will treat people on managerial level better ..but for normal posts...company does not consider you asset..you are just someone who can be replaced.. 6. If new year is falling on Sunday...and it is considered by company for holiday ..they will not move that holiday to some other festival ..out of 8-9 holidays ..if 2-3 are on Sundays...you are really getting only 5 holidays not 8.. 7. Company considers 2 optional holidays..one for Gudipadava and one onam...if you are not marathi or Tamil..you will not be considered for that holiday..no optional holiday for gujarati.

Skill development program schedules are less need to be increased. Family gate together throe company occasionally required.
